Excessive Movement In My Feet Makes for bad swings

I use this golf drill/golf tip, for the most part, while warming up before practicing or before heading out for a round. I find that it’s continued use helps me (and me specifically) get and stay grounded.
If my foot work gets overly excessive, my game begins to get squirrelly and I don’t like squirrels.
