Develop Muscle Memory With Your Mind

Are you up for a challenge?

Do you have 15 spare minutes?

For 30 consecutive days?

This is the challenge series, the first series I’m introducing in 2014 that will, yes, challenge you.
Challenge you to commit to improving your golf game.
You can’t expect to learn or improve with out committing to do so.
The first challenge is an easy one that requires no skills, no talent, no nothing. All that I ask is 15 spare minutes of deliberate focus every day for 30 consecutive days.
It is inspired by the research and development done by Stanford University Neuropsychology Research Laboratory on training to develop muscle memory.
Pros such as Jack Nicklaus, Dave Stockton, and Al Geiberger have used and endorsed its legitimacy through Sybervision. A big hit back in the day when big hair was a thing.
And so I challenge you…
Here are several players to choose from:

Tigers Woods     |     Adam Scott     |     Jason Dufner     |     Billy Horschel

Lydia Ko     |     Michelle Wie     |     Henrik Stenson     |     Justin Rose

** It’s best not to take notes on these swings. Just watch them. Burn them or better yet, sear them into your minds eye.

Have fun and good luck!
